Meditation brings out the joyful and positive qualities of the mind. Siddha Yoga meditation also puts us in touch with the very core of who we are. \nThis event\, especially designed for those new to meditation\, will introduce you to the practice of Siddha Yoga meditation. You will be guided through each aspect of Siddha Yoga meditation\, including posture\, breath\, and mantra. DESCRIPTION:The Muktananda Dhyana Saptah is a one-day event dedicated to the practice of meditation\, a core Siddha Yoga practice. This special event provides Siddha Yoga students with the opportunity to spend a day in silence\, cultivating a deeper connection with the divine Self through meditation. \nThroughout the day\, participants will engage in extended meditation sessions\, reflect on the teachings of the Siddha Gurus\, chant the Siddha Yoga mantra\, and practice silence. \nParticipation in the Muktananda Dhyana Saptah requires having attended at least one Siddha Yoga Shaktipat Intensive.
