A Day of Siddha Yoga® Practices for Families
Families with children up to 12 years of age are warmly invited to participate in this extended satsang. Lunch will be included as part of the schedule for the day. Purchase of the meal package is optional but recommended.
Participants will explore the Siddha Yoga teachings and practices. Each Day of Practices has a specific focus or the opportunity to celebrate one of the Siddha Yoga Holidays and Celebrations.
Teens are welcome to attend with their family and participate by offering seva.
Preparation
Please bring a journal for each family member who will participate in the Day of Practices.
